Uubb Terms and Conditions — Know Before You Play

1 General Terms & Applicability

These Terms & Conditions apply to the uubb platform (uubb.fun) and all associated services. By accessing uubb's website or mobile app, you are deemed to have fully read and accepted these Terms & Conditions.

You are required to provide accurate and complete information at registration. uubb reserves the right to terminate any account found to contain false or misleading information.

• Keeping your password confidential is entirely your responsibility.

3 Age Verification & Restrictions

Uubb is strictly for users aged 18 and above. Use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited. By registering, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

• Proof of age may be requested at registration or at any time after.
• National ID, passport, or birth registration certificate are accepted.
• Failure to submit the required documents will result in a temporary account suspension.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Deposits at uubb can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable fees vary by method and are clearly displayed on the payments page.

KYC must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed, and withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the deposit. Processing typically takes between 24 and 72 hours.

If a technical issue occurs during gameplay, the affected bet or spin will be considered void and the wagered amount will be refunded. However, for issues originating from the game provider's system, the provider's decision will be final.

• Bonus abuse or betting pattern manipulation.
• Threatening or harassing other players.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

Uubb reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time without prior notice, particularly in cases of terms violations, fraud, or suspicious activity.

• To close your account voluntarily, please contact support.
• If there is a valid balance, you will be given the opportunity to withdraw before the account is closed.
• If an account is closed due to a terms violation, the balance may be forfeited.

9 Limitation of Liability

Uubb strives to keep its services running as smoothly as possible; however, uubb will not be held liable for service disruptions caused by technical issues, server downtime, or third-party failures.

• uubb is not liable for any game lost due to an internet disconnection.
• uubb is not directly liable for issues arising from third-party payment gateways.
• uubb's total liability shall not exceed the amount deposited by the user in that calendar month, under any circumstances.
• uubb is not liable for any financial losses resulting from gaming decisions.
